EMPLOYEE DEVELOPMENT:
  • Succession planning and career development
  • Coordinating training nominations for technical training schools and leadership training
  • Coordinating the Area rollout of the new performance management system
  • Overseeing the performance management process
  • Delivering training on specific HR issues
  • Participating in the non-technical training forum
